Jumpin' Jambalaya Summer Program

Cultural Fun In The Sun!

The African American Cultural Center’s Jumpin’ Jambalaya Summer Program keeps children creatively entertained, culturally enlightened and educationally motivated during the summer months. The day camp runs Monday through Friday, July 1st – August 23rd from 7:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m. The program serves Buffalo families with children ages 6 to 12.

Activities for this summer include Creative Arts, Cooking, Hip-Hop, Soccer, Vocal Expression and other fun and educational classes instructed by AACC staff and qualified community supporters.

Tuition includes breakfast, lunch and all field trips. At the end of the summer camp there will be the traditional AACC Unity Day, a family celebration to showcase what the children did over the summer.

The AACC Jumpin’ Jambalaya Summer Program is certified by the New York State & Erie County Departments of Health. Some families may be eligible for tuition assistance through the Erie County Department of Social Services Child Care Unit.
